Reichmuth Infrastructure and Rail Maintenance Group AG (“RMG”) have joined forces to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of s-milling Technologies GmbH and are pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition.

The acquisition of the Company, supported by the established collaboration with RMG, provides Reichmuth Infrastructure with the opportunity to extend its footprint in rail maintenance services and engage with a transaction partner with leading sector expertise.
