Smile River Cruiser PCE has acquired three river cruise ships built in 2010 and 2011 and leased them out on long-term bareboat charter contracts of eight to ten years. Following the acquisition, the ships were renovated and converted as planned, with the work completed by the end of March 2020. The three river cruise ships are currently in regular passenger service with TUI UK on the European rivers of the Danube and the Rhine.
