Serfahr’s business model is based on an exclusive cooperation agreement with the Sersa Rhomberg Group (SRG), one of the leading railway infrastructure companies in Switzerland. Serfahr carries out the capital-intensive procurement of locomotives and track-laying machines and holds ownership of them. SRG leases all Serfahr vehicles for their entire service life and leases them out to large companies and state railways under long-term leases or uses them for its own purposes.
