LokRoll Holding consists of three Swiss joint-stock corporations (LokRoll, LokRoll 2 and LokRoll 3), which hold locomotives under insolvency law protection and lease them to state railways and other rail freight companies under long-term leases. The locomotives are maintained by the producer or the lessee of the locomotives.
