LokRoll Holding consists of two Swiss joint-stock corporations (LokRoll and LokRoll 2), which hold locomotives under insolvency law protection and lease them to state railways and other rail freight companies under long-term leases. The locomotives are maintained by the producer or the lessee of the locomotives.
