CargoRoll Holding was founded to finance CargoRoll, which acquires freight wagons under insolvency law. But it’s also acquiring a stake in a freight wagon leasing company, which will lease out the acquired freight wagons to European railway and logistics companies in the medium to long term. The initial portfolio already includes operational and leased freight wagons.
